AI transparency

Kainzmayer uses artificial intelligence as a tool – openly, traceably and within the EU AI Act and the GDPR. This page explains where AI is used and where it is not.

Where AI is used

In the internal "Studio" tool, a language model (Claude by Anthropic) assists with drafting and rephrasing e-mails and documents. Every text is reviewed, approved and personally digitally signed by a human before it is sent. The signature attests the sender's responsibility, not a machine's authorship.

Where AI is not used

This website runs without AI: no chatbots, no profiling, no automated decisions. Contact-form requests are read and answered by a human.

Your data and AI training

Content from requests and e-mails is not used to train AI models. Processing through the Anthropic API happens without the data being used for model training. No personal data is sent to AI services unless required to handle the request.

Labelling

If a text is substantially AI-generated and published without human editing, it is labelled (Art. 50 AI Act). Individually reviewed and signed correspondence carries no label; one is added on request.

Risk class

None of the applications used falls into a high-risk area under Annex III of the AI Act. No AI systems for biometric identification, scoring of persons or decisions with legal effect are operated.
